If you are on a Mac, Safari is your friend. RSS-enabled right out of the box.
Download FireFox, the cheez web browser.
Go to Bloglines and install the free Toolkit.
Restart FireFox and configure the Bloglines extension (Tools / Extensions / Bloglines Toolkit / Options / Add toolkit to context menu)
Right click on this RSS LINK.
Once you’ve right clicked on an RSS link, select “Blogline Toolkit,” then select “Subscribe to this Page,“ and then hit “Subscribe”

Every time Supra updates the site, you will peep a red dot next to the blue “B”. Click on that action.

If you are down with iTunes, subscribe to Supra Podcasts and wait no more.

Supra Podcasts ain’t limited to iTunes though. Use whatev podcasting app you gots and do this.
