Beware Skytop Knock-offs!
Well folks, they went ahead and did it. The people that brought you fake high end gear knocked off Chad Muska’s Skytop. We got a hold of a pair of them and boy are they Bo Bo! Don’t be fooled. Look out for these!!!
Here are some of the things to look for. Hand painted on stripes for one. Next we have a piece of the sole plugged into a fake sole. Then we have no pocket in the shoe. Finally we have a caved in toe.
These are just some of the things you will find wrong with Knock-offs!
If you have questions about it, they may be fake!

The fakes usually have a budget supra logo on the sole that was cut and put into a generic sole, not an actual mold, looks horrible. And its all completely different plastic material. The taping is crappy glue that stinks and peels off too. You’ll know the second you pick it up

Anybody know a great and safe online shop for some Supra Shoes? Really adore these shoes (not this pair;) but the REAL Supra’s).A pity for me, that they are not selling Supra here in the Netherlands.

you cant really guarantee that you will get real or fake ones off ebay, i won an auction for 100% authentic 14k gold high tops and received a pair of fakes, i got a full refund by opening a complaint through paypal/ebay

And look at the Toe caving in. You gotta box full of fakes? Or is that the New Line of Supra…..
Also, the Toe boxes Holes are way to spread out. And the Bag where the laces are held, the logo on that is fake. And where it says “PREMIUM LEATHER” the color is WHITE, for every fake shoe.

In addition, the Black Studded NS box is NOT in a White box. It’s in those Double Box, 1st release version Skytops.
This goes to show that people are now thinking that SUPRA FOOTWEAR is the Market and thriving in Business.

another easy way to tell fakes is to look at the insole, the real supras have the little orange gel pad, fakes will have just a plain bottom to it

I ordered a pair of fakes from http://www.linknike.com and they wernt thaaaat bad, but I dont think I’ll ever skate them. First off it took forever to get, and they wouldnt take my credit card, they wanted a western union money order. The quality seems shoddy, the soles are super stiff, and the “leather” is really thin. I like my Supra Tuf shoes I think I will be sticking to those.

Yo I just bought some supra’s of inmyclosetstore.com and it seemed madd legit. And when I set my order it said we only sell AAA replica’s. I just got em, and they look legit, but there is no pocket. And they also don’t have an orange gel pad on the insole. I’m kinda pissed. The whole site seemed legit until I saw the price of the nike SB’s. Then I knew I got f***ed. hey marso, i just double checked the pictures again, looks like you got done by a phony.
1 – those skytops are 2009 collection which i don’t think are out yet
2 – since you said they don’t have a stash pocket then its probably fake
3 – the bottom of the supra shoe where the rubber logo is, its different from the legit
supra skytops, the fake ones have a cheap square cut tile of the whole supra logo, the legit one is cut around.

so i just recieved some skylows tuf edition black through ebay and everything seems legit but the stitching around the top of tounge is different. on this site and ccs there is a thick gray stitching around the top of the tounge and the ones i recieved do not have that its just a simple sitching to the tounge. so i was wondering maybe if they discontinued making that part with the shoes or do i have a fake ? help plz and i odered them from a member of this site . Lmao I saw a pair of the Floral Skytops on ebay.com and the title was “M.r Kanye West Ato Supraskyops” man these Chinese need to get their spelling and stuff right. one really good way to tell a boot-leg website is if they don’t have a way for you to contact them, or if they have a phone number try calling it, I tried calling a number from http://www.hypesneakers.com and it was a fake phone number! so watch out for that.
